Qualifications for professionals engaged in managing change

C4CM is focused on quality driven processes for accreditation, delivery and the award of Change Management qualifications. Working with our partner the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) we offer nationally recognised qualifications and on-line courses for professional development.

Established by a consortium of Training Companies to provide a nationally recognised set of qualifications in Change Management, C4CM is now an independently owned enterprise.

Based on the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF) model of sector led training we aim to bridge the gap between academic recognition and on the job learning by providing a framework of accredited modules that provide benefits for learners, employers and for the accredited training partners we work with.

This model provides quality qualification design and assessment through standards set by us and accredited by the ILM .

The framework is structured so that the accredited training partners can tailor online courses or one to two day master classes for each module making them contextually relevant for their client, whilst meeting the learning objectives and syllabus of the module.

Accredited training partners join C4CM to extend their organisational change proposition and provide their clients with a flexible accreditation model that utilises the skills and expertise of their consultant trainers.
