A framework for managing change

C4CM™ learning programmes are based on the latest ideas in Managing Change and best practice in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management. They are specifically designed to increase your capability to deliver successful change.

They are structured to provide you with useful knowledge and skills from each module whilst building up a body of knowledge that can lead to a higher qualification. Each module has an assessed and non-assessed format. The vocational nature of the assessment provides better training outcomes for individuals, their organisations, and training companies

To provide you with the widest choice of learning we have Accredited Partner Training Organisations who deliver classroom based courses leading to C4CM™ qualifications. If you are unable to find a class based course to suit you, or you prefer the convenience of self study, many of our courses are available online and can be bought from the modules described below.

This award introduces a basic framework for thinking about the impact of change on people using individual, team, and organisation as a structure. It presents a set of useful models and theories that help understanding of change and shows how change can be managed effectively in an organisation. You would not be expected to have any background in change theory. Some tools for managing the impact of change on people are explored

This award will enable you to plan and undertake an assurance assessment of part of an organisation using an appropriate maturity model in order to evaluate a capability within the organisation. The award can be applied to maturity models in Portfolio Programme and Project Management, Procurement, Software Development, etc. The focus for the online course is on assessment of assurance in a project or a programme delivering change.
