A Capability Model for Organisation Change

What the model means to you

The C4CM change capability model can help you think about how change is managed in your organisation and how your knowledge, skills, and behaviours contribute. We have three surveys you can take to assess where you and your organisation might fit in this model.

  • A general change capability questionnaire for individuals which helps you understand where your own capability might lie. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.
  • A change skills capability questionnaire for individuals covering benefits, people, risk and stakeholders. This also takes about 10 minutes to complete. We suggest you take this questionnaire after the general one.
  • An organisation survey which needs to be taken by a number of selected people across the organisation to gauge the organisation level.
  • If you would like to use any of these surveys then please contact us.

We often talk about our capability model in our blog. It's always worth looking at.

The C4CM capability model videos

The C4CM capability model is quite simple as it is intended to help you understand what training is appropriate to help you improve your organisation capability. It also helps to explain why at some levels (level 1 and 5) training is not the most important thing to spend resources on. There are some short videos explaining the C4CM Capability model and how to use it.
