Learning pathway for online or classroom based training

If you're involved in change within your workplace and you want to meet the challenges that doing change presents, then the learning programme provided by C4CM is for you.

Modules can be taken on their own, each with an ILM accreditation. Or modules can lead to a Certificate in Management Change. Modules cover practical topics such as benefits, stakeholder and communications, vision and blueprint design and project and programme management. To achieve a qualification you will apply concepts and tools from the course and demonstrate you can use them in the workplace. All online courses are supported by a tutor to guide you to success.

Classroom training

C4CM does not deliver training to candidates in a classroom or face to face format. This is carried out by Accredited Partner Training Organisations who have agreed to run their courses according to the C4CM standards. The training is based on material approved by C4CM which covers the syllabus and meets the learning objectives of each module. Find an accredited centre below.

Online training

C4CM online learning modules are available through Accredited Partners and through this website via our Framework page.

The modules are designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to solve a problem you have now. Choosing a path through the courses to increase your change capability will depend on your role in delivering change. We have organised the courses for two groups of roles: Project and Programme staff; and Change Manager or members of a change team working with a project or programme.

C4CM sets the standards of quality that the training organisations must meet to offer its learning programmes. Training Organisations deliver their training in different ways and each one adds different value to the programme. There is no standard training format so you should contact organisations below and ask how they can meet your specific needs.
